    These are gray but have a thin line of rubbery looking substance on them so I'm thinking they don't need any sealant on them, Am I correct?

    Hello. I have a 1986 60 hp that I'm replacing the exhaust baffle and exhaust gaskets on because of water on the spark plugs. While reading the repair manual, I can't find any info on whether I should use any type of sealant on the new gaskets. Anyone have any idea? Thanks for any help.
