    Battery replacement

    When looking into replacing the voltage regulator on my 96 Johnson, 105 hp. Dealer says do not use dry cell or AGM batteries, it will void the warranty. What's the problem????:confused:

    VRO fuel system

    96 Johnson 150 hp with VRO system. I premix my fuel-oil in the tank for the past 8 yrs. Having pump issues. If I replace the fuel pump do I have to go back with the VRO pump system or is there an alternative pump?

    Intermittant Ignition trouble

    96 Johnson 105 hp jet drive. Engine runs fine for about 1/2 hour then its like someone shuts key off. No spark from power pak. Had it to 2 shops, replaced power pack and flywheel sensor. Runs fine for same 1/2 hour to 45 min, done no spark. Some times spark returns after setting and then...
