    Engine not giving full power 1994 3.0 L

    I've a Mercruiser 1994 3.0LX with Alpha One Stern drive, should give atleast 135 HP. It idles fine and runs fine until you give it full throtle it doesn't go more then 1500 rpm and it doesn't run fast as it should. What could be the problem?
