    1990 Tracker Evinrude 20Hp 2 strk cuts out

    This occurs when I bring the motor off idle say about 1/4 to 1/2 power. Runs great at idle and just above and then again when I jump to full throttle. Its just that area in between thats driving me up a tree. I just purchased it from a private party so it's history is un-substantiated other...
