    1978 35 hp evinrude won't run now...

    bought it two months ago...I have a water supply gadget at water intake,motor would turn over and run for just a second or two after spraying carb cleaner or start fluid in carb throat...went online and found diagram of fuel lines and discovered that fuel lines to fuel pump were installed...
