    Mercury 9.9 Water cooling flow

    I have the same problem after changing my impeller in a 2006 9.9 Merc 4-stroke. Specifically, water coming out of the boat-side of the outboard in some sort of vent hole at the top of the section that the lower unit mounts into. Is this ok?
