    Ok I just picked up a 79 formula 233 it has a mecruiser 228 which I believe is a GM 305. The engine either needs to be finished rebuilding or just get a crate engine. My question is based on the serial number I got of the engine "4929438" this engine is year 77-78 correct? If that is correct...
