    Mercury 75 7.5 Hp Pull cord

    The pull cord on my Mercury 7.5Hp does not rewind. Does anyone Know what could be wrong and how do I fix it?

    7.5 Mercury

    When I pull the start cord on my 7.5 Mercury outboard the flywheel just spins and does not engage at all and then I can just rewind the cord manually. It seems like possibly a cotter pin or something like that has broken. Any Suggestions?
