    15HP Mercury 2-stroke tiler handle throttle is not springing back. (Throttle return spring)

    Hi All, I have a 2012 mercury 15HP 2-stroke. Model number:1015201FD The throttle handle does not spring back to neutral (or near neutral) when released. It stays where it is. Not ideal. I have no idea how to fix it. Is it a broken/missing spring or Loose control cables. Any assistance...
