    The boat is on a lift and the mechanic was able to visualize the entire engine. But the oil in the lower unit was borderline low.

    It is hard to see, but it seems like it is coming from my lower unit. The boat is in the water, so it is difficult to see exactly where. When I had the boat serviced last, the mechanic told me the old oii was fine, with no apparent water leakage.
