    1988 OMC 4.3 V6..Timing questions. What is the total degrees advance and what is the max RPM. I think 6% BTDC @ 600 RPMS is the base. Again what shoould the max be. When I take the motor to 4400 Rpms and adjust my timing light to 18% the pointer zeros out...is 18% total advance a good number?
