    40hp mariner cutting out low idle

    hi I am new to this I have a 40hp mariner 2 stroke longshaft once its started have to in high revs or it cuts out. Will cut out taking it down from high to low revs and will not idle replaced fuel pump cleaned the carbs etc etc lost for ideas.
