    He definitely hit a stump...said the motor kicked up.

    Son in law his a stump at about half throttle. The shifter is hard to move in and out of gear and the prop won't spin freely in neutral. This a tiller model. Prop was new and shows no damage. Curious if this will be an expensive repair and also what is damaged.tia
