    1958 Evinrude starter spring assembly installation

    How do I install BOMBARDIER pa How do I install BOMBARDIER part # 395460? It is a pull cord return spring. The parts guy said the same spring was used from 1958 to 2005.I think I can get this old motor to run but I cant even try until I fix this.Could use some tips and advice thanks.
