    1977 115 evinrude bogs down

    Bought 1977 115E. Cranks easy - fires right up. Bogs down and dies when throttle advanced. Rebuilt carbs, installed new plugs, and put in clean gas. Same problem. Put in shop. They replaced a head gasket and made a few adjustments. $350 later I still have same problem. Engine runs great...
