    My Yanmar 4JH3-HTE runs like a top at cruising RPM’s but when pushed to say 3,000 it will run for a few seconds and the will be cycle up and down dramatically. Say from 3,000 then down to 2,000 then back up again every 2 seconds or so. It does this in neutral or under load. Fuel is clean...
