    If it is a crankshaft seal leak, we should see smoke coming from under the powerhead, correct? I encountered the same prob with my old 15hp Evinrude. Replaced fuel pump (bladder type) with another (second hand) one, same problem. It could be that i replaced a faulty fuelpump with a faulty...
