    67 40hp lark wp replacement

    Buddy of mine gave me his dad& Buddy of mine gave me his dad's old boat a couple weeks ago. Got it fired up and ordered a waterpump. Tool bolts out of l/u but it wont drop down. Is there anything to be taken loose to release the driveshaft from up top? I seem to be missing a critical step.
