    1980 30e wont lock in the tilted up position

    Hi, I just got a 1980 30e and I went to launch it but, the motor tilts up just fine, but wont lock up to launch. I used the release lever but that just seems to be to lock the motor is in the down position. Am I missing something? Does this motor just not lock in the up position. I used a...
