    2005 Kohler 5E generator I thought the fuses keep these things from burning out like light bulbs every five years. Need cheap PCB (GM10516D061605 Controller). Anybody have one?

    Suddenly Lost All Power

    There is no Red reset button on this Boat so, I am guessing the engine ECM shut down and reset it's self. If not then check the Ignition fuses, relays and engine electrical harness is plugged in well into the ECM.

    Yes, the coil is internally resistored (If that's a word). Recommend; putting the old one back in. Seems to me, some wires have been pulled and things are NOT going back together in the correct order. That said, the Port engine runs or rather turns backwards vs the Starboard. The difference...

    cmc tilt question

    A clutch on the OMC Electric Tilt which will allow the drive to go down but, if not adjusted tight enough will not allow the drive to go up; Not sure what a PT35 is but, President John F Kennedy's Boat was PT109?!!

    Kohler 5E Marine Generator.

    18 volts is telling me the charging circuit isn't connected to anything. Check the Generator Ground and (the Regulator) fuses. Well, there are 3 twist lock fuses VOLT REG, BATT CHRG and INPUT on the control box on top of the Generator. May as well check them all. I have a Kohler 5e question...
