    Borg C71 goes backwards but not forwards. Clutch Failure?? Can I fix or need special tools?

    I just arrived in Freeport Bahamas and I have a Borg 71cr that when engaged in reverse works. Shift from reverse to Neutral and the shaft stops. Goto forward and shaft spins slowly, back to neutral and shaft spins freely. I am thinking clutch failure??? Any comments appreciated, Especially where...
