    Motor loses pee stream above 3/4 throttle

    45 hp Merc, OB258829, loses water stream above 3)4 throttle. Replaced water pump housing, gaskets, and impeller. Replaced exhaust end plate gaskets, #2 had blow by. There is no thermostat in the system. Not removed, there is no where to put one. Just started this problem end of last year...
