    1991 DT55 hp prop to jet conversion

    Just got a sled a couple months ago with no motor. and used pumps are kinda hard to come by anyways i could pick up a 1991 DT55 from my cousin for cheap. He said right now the motor is a prop but im looking for a jet. he said all i need to do is put a lower unit on it....is that lower unit hard...
