    Thanks for your reply!! Engine serial number is 0W376440 I have the single point drain system I have a temp gun already so that is a great suggestion, first time I have heard of this!

    Hoping someone has an idea….Motor is a 2006 5.0mpi w/ Alpha. Boat starts and runs fine from cold. Will run all day without a hiccup! THEN….if I shut the engine down after it is fully at temp it will not restart. If I wait till it is completely cool it will start and run fine just as before...
