    1997 merc 150 efi plaining issue help

    i have a 1997 merc 150 efi outboard on a 18'6" procraft boat I baught last year, im having plaining issues and would really appreciate any help I could get. the boat when getting on plain seems like it stutters when putting foot into it to get on plain and the rpm gauge is reading 4100...
