    Mariner 40 HP OB foot oil filler plug

    The oil filler plug on the foot cant be turned more than a quarter of a turn and wont turn further. Is there a special tool to turn it, A screw driver just slips out and im afraid of ruining the plug. how can i get it out to check the oil in the foot.
