    2006 50hp efi 4stroke 4cyl Mercury Outboard Bogging Down

    I took boat out of storage. I have emptied the tank , replaced the fuel, fuel filter. Boat will run 4,000 rpm at full throttle, does not stall, starts and idles perfect but will not go over 4,000 rpm. it goes to about 2/3 of capability. What can I do to get it back to its normal performance...
