    I have a manometer iv used for blow by test in the past in diesel engines. but for a 5 HP single cylinder engine I feel like even excessive blow by would be hard to measure.     Just an update, after I ohm'ed out all harnesses checked grounds and load testing I found nothing wrong other then the primary winding on the coil was not not putting out voltage.
