    2008 Yamaha 8hp 4 stroke bogging at high speed

    My 2008 Yamaha 8hp 4 stroke bogs down at high speed only. Half and 3/4 throttle runs perfect. Works fine otherwise. If I pump the fuel bulb while at high speed it runs fine. There is fresh fuel and I just cleaned the crab but still no change. I suspect a fuel issue. Any suggestions?
