    1978 Evinrude Hard Cold Start

    New boat owner. Manual on orde New boat owner. Manual on order. Having problems or not sure of proper cold start procedures. First time starting takes a long time. Once started no problems unless sits for 1-2 hours then same problem. Motor cranks fast. Thanks Eric
