    2003 Mercury 4 stroke 4 cyl efi. Boat ran last year. I took the deck off the pontoon and flipped it so I could recarpet it. Yesterday it fired with starting fluid but elec fuel pump had no juice to it. I went through the 3 relays on the back and checked them all. Hot wired the fuel pump to see...
