    65 hp 3 cylinder runs on 2

    I have a 65 hp 3 cylinder it starts and runs on 2 cylinders the top and bottom one there is spark on the middle one and the compression is good 125+. not sure where to start any ideas it starts good any runs on the other 2 since there are only 2 carbs to feed 3 cylinders i think that rules...
