    86 chrysler85 hp idels and powersup

    then falls on it face loses po then falls on it face loses power but still trys to run about 30 to 45 sec after it trys to powers up in water. it will power up some but not all the way. run fine out of water. replaced whole fuel system. need some help thanks Eric
