    2002 60hp mercury idles up and down on wide open throttle

    Checked for any possible air leaks, repaced plugs rebuilt fuel pump new primer bulb new vent cap for fuel tank new fuel filter. Starts well, but when you open her up she goes along fine then all of a sudden it will idle down for a minute then picks uo a goes back to full throttle for a couple...
