    1998 43 hard atarts when warm

    engine hard to start when warm engine hard to start when warmed up.I must floor the throttle and crank engine 5 to 10 seconds then engine starts.Black smoke and fuel smell from exhaust. then runs ok. flooded? sounds like the needle valve and seat in carb are worn. what do youall think.
