    Need help 1986 johnson 40 hp not getting fuel to top cylinder.

    Help please! I have a 1986 Johnson 40 hp that is running on 1 cylinder. The top cylinder is not getting fuel. I have changed all fuel lines from tank to carbs. Carb is getting fuel but not getting into the cylinder. Any help will be great.
