    1996 Johnson 4 stroke problems

    I have a 96 Johnson 15hp 4 stoke. It seems to run out of gas you have to keep pumping the bulb. I have had the carb. rebuilt, new fuel pump, new fuel tank, new fuel hose. is it possible that one of the fuel lines is sucking air?
