    Power everywhere. PO did some work. Lightly used new plugs so I know it ran but has been sitting. PB Blasted the cylinders. Starter solonoid clicks. No accessible crank bolt. If I can get it to turn over I'll make it run- other wise pass it on. Boat & trailer were free but I'm a complete noob...
