    Mercruiser power steering

    "i recently purchased a sea-ra "i recently purchased a sea-ray ,i/o. i did not check the power steering. with engine running, i have no steering.i cant even turn it manualy. it feels like there is a lock-out some where. is there a lock on the out drive that i am not seeing?"
