    1993 3.0 omc fires but won't run

    My boat just up and quit on the lake and hasn't started since. It is getting fuel and fire( i am basing this off of it starts and runs for a fraction of a second then quits). It is like there is a kill switch keeping it from running. Any help would be much appreciated.........
