    My tach does not work. voltage My tach does not work. voltage at idle is .039 volts as read with a fluke multimeter using the yellow and black wire on back of tach. voltage increases with acceleration but never reaches 1 volt. Is this the right voltage that should be coming from my CDI. Also...
