    Your help is needed!!

    88 Celebrity with GM 350 mated with a Mercury Alpha II outdrive. Power trim "up" and trailer "up" won't work. Replaced "up" solonoid. Will work fine when jumping across terminals on solonoid only. Took toggle switch off of throttle....jumped terminals on switch... "down" works by itself.and by...
