    Stumped by Yamaha F115

    2013 Yamaha F115 four stroke with 85 hrs acting up. Starts fine, never stalls. Runs fine, full RPM range with gear disengaged. When in gear it bogs down and won't get over 2000 rpm. Sometimes it gets up to full RPM but randomly surges and drops 500 RPM then shoots right back up. Runs better...
