    115 hp Johnson Stalls with Throttle

    "Have a 2001 115 hp Johnson ou "Have a 2001 115 hp Johnson outboard that will idle fine but when you put it in gear, it dies. While idling, you can give it gas and it will rev up with out any problem. Any ideas? Had new carb kits installed about 6 months ago."
