    Johnson 150 won't go above 2500 rpm's

    I just had all the carbs rebuilt and it purrs now/starts right up/no smoke/no skips etc. Ran great until full throttle at which time it got to 2500 rpms and that's it. Usually this motor cruises at 3-4k rpms and 34 kts. Sounded great and telltale poured out barely warm water at full throttle. I...
