    1999 Johnson 35 Model J35PL3EEM Tilt & Trim won't raise or stay if lifted up by hand

    hey All, So bought my first 14' Lowe Jon Boat with the Johnson 35 on it and the seller advised me that the tilt & trim didn't work, so he suggested I order a ring kit (which i now have). I also Just ordered my online SELOC for the engine, but I was wondering if any of you guys had any thoughts...
