    I have a 1991 Evinrude 200 which I purchased from Phoenix (close to sea level) and use in New Mexico which is close to 5000ft elevation. The motor runs, but uses a lot of fuel and seems like it needs to have more power. My guess is that it needs the carb jets redone, can anyone confirm what...
