    Mariner 30 hp..hard to start..then runs rough

    Bought this pontoon with the hope the motor wasnt in bad shape. Starts after 4 or 5 tries and runs rough. Wont start after sitting awhile. Almost running battery down. Changed gas. also put on new gas line and bulb. squeezes tight.... ihad boat on lake most of day running rough, smelled...
