    14 Hp Johnson- I can't get it going

    I recently bought a 14hp Johnson motor model #VJ14RCC5 and i can't for the life of me get it going. I had a new water pump installed and they cleaned the carbarator. The boat shop can get it going but i can't. Any suggestions as to what i may doing wrong.
