    1972 Johnson 100 hp starting issues

    I'm not sure if this motor is running or not, it came with the boat I bought. Attempted to start but the positive terminal to battery melted wing-nut post off battery. Cleaned a few of the grounds on the motor but still having same issue. Thanks for your help. Chris
